Everybody is looking to become rich everyday, better than yesterday, last week, month or year.
I was looking what actually people do to become rich. As I am a middle class person, and educated a bit, I started searching the answers by asking my friends, googling in the net.
I felt this way of starting is good enough for an individual, but now I realized this is of little use to improve the living style of a nation. Since past years it is quite interesting to see the progress of indian economy. Wait.... is it really so interesting to see, is this progress of economy is a planned one, if yes, it is good, and are we sure that this is a optimised way of progress, do we really have control in it. If no, then seems it is just a luck or its a composite effect of many other things, like young generation working too much, availability of talent pool.
Every indian is looking to see a day of emerged Great India. I am dying for it.
Facts & unanswered questions:
*Major part of Economy of india is driven by middle class ( who are earning approx 15,000 INR per month and who has average strength of family is 4 or 5. That means per head Rs. 3000 to Rs.3500 per month, which is 70$ per month/person (2$-3$ per day/person). whereas in other nations per hour on an average 18$-30 per hour/person. So is it justified that India will become super power by 2020. Yes offcourse it will become super power,but merely 2020 is not looking a justified time span.
Yeah we understand the growth will not calculated only by quantum of money or wealth.
* Independent India is just 61 year old, and its 54% of population is young. Wow its a big key for india to acheive whatever it thinks. Wait.. by the way who is thinking. May be the government is thinking to upgrade the standards, Are we(not only educated) really aware what are the plans and how we need to follow it. Are we really thinking, ohh might be yes, If yes who is following and how many people are aware of it and what is the gross effect on the system.
* Are we facing unemployment problem or problem of thinking to find the opportunities.
World is full of opportunites, are we matured to learn to find the availabilities of opportunities and know what are the competence required for it. If yes , and if we are working to acquire that opportunities, are we going single handed to get small opportunities or getting a big one.
Note: Rs. 17 /day, in develeoped nations its 17$/ hour they are earning.
* Are we ready to level ourselves to international stardards and invent new standards, if yes, how much time we need to achive it.
* It hardly matters what East or West nations think about us, it matters a lot what we think about ourselves.
Possible Approaches.
1. We need to inject certain qualities like leadership, confidence, basic knowledge of health, army, global problems, available opportunities from the age of 15, I mean to the students of High school. This make them to think gradually about their problems, their advantages. Now its the end 2008 and begining of new odd year 2009, so in 2019 (10 years span) the students will be of 25 year old. At this time 25 year old person will be more matured than a 65 year old person, because of constant exposure to world for a span of 10 years.
2. We are still following the traditional way of handling money, ie., SAVING. Yes its a very nice thing which no other country do as much as we do. Apart from saving, we should make use of all the available opportunities.
3.We are good followers, now its a time to how our leadership to the world.
4. Become a leader in south Asia pacific , Asia.
5. Find out all the possibilities to improve the INR currency value and work on it.
6. Give awareness to the below poverty line people if not all , give atleast to the young generation.
Let us work together and acheive the prosperity before 2020.
